Recruiting for Salesforce Consulting Partners
Salesforce Staffing, LLC (The Salesforce Recruiter) recruits for Salesforce consulting partners: the architects, consultants, project managers and practice leaders who deliver your client work. We work exclusive, direct-hire searches from Jupiter, Florida, and place US-based consultants in remote, hybrid and onsite roles.
Roles we recruit for partners
- Solution and technical architects
- Revenue Cloud and CPQ architects
- Functional and technical consultants
- Project, delivery and engagement managers
- Practice leads and delivery directors
What partners need from a hire
A consultant at a partner works in front of your clients from the first weeks. The hire has to estimate well, run a meeting with a client’s executives and stay billable. A strong in-house Salesforce professional may never have done any of that. We screen for it directly.
- Client-facing judgment: how they handle a stakeholder who disagrees, and a scope change in the middle of a project
- Estimates: a recent estimate they gave, and how close it came
- Delivery history: which projects they delivered for clients, and which parts were theirs
- Certifications: which they hold, and what they built with them

How we work
- Searches are exclusive. One firm works the role.
- 70 to 80% of our exclusive searches end in a hire. The rest ended in client cancellations, delays or internal hires. None were filled by another firm.
- Each candidate comes with a written assessment of fit and material risks.
- We recruit for Salesforce consulting partners and for companies that run Salesforce.
- Direct hire is the main model. Contract consultants are available for client projects, full time or part time.
