    Roles we recruit

    • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional consultants
    • Lead consultants who run workstreams at consulting partners
    • Industry cloud consultants for Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Nonprofit Cloud
    • Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud consultants
    • Data 360 and Agentforce consultants
    • Business analysts who configure Salesforce

Consultant, business analyst or admin: which do you need?

A consultant gathers requirements in front of stakeholders, designs the solution and configures it. A business analyst gathers and documents requirements, and may or may not configure. An admin runs an existing org day to day. At a consulting partner, consultants are client-facing and billable, so how they run a workshop matters as much as what they can build. We settle which role to open before the search starts.

What a Salesforce consultant should be able to show you

    • A requirements workshop they ran, and what the client left out
    • A solution they configured, and which design choices were theirs
    • A client who changed scope mid-project, and how they handled it
    • What they built with each certification they hold
    • A demo they gave that went badly, and what they changed afterward

Certifications show what a consultant studied. We ask what they built with them, then check the answer against the rest of the interview.

    Questions we ask candidates

    • Walk us through the last requirements workshop you ran. What did the client not tell you?
    • A stakeholder rejects your design in a demo. What do you do next?
    • Which of your certifications did you use on your last project, and how?
    • Which parts did you configure yourself, and which did your team build?

    A recent search

Salesforce Consultant for a Salesforce consulting partner, 2026, run alongside a project manager search for the same client. Both searches screened for client-facing delivery, along with configuration depth.

    How we work

    • Searches are exclusive. One firm works the role.
    • 70 to 80% of our exclusive searches end in a hire. The rest ended in client cancellations, delays or internal hires. None were filled by another firm.
    • Each candidate comes with a written assessment of fit and material risks.
    • We recruit for Salesforce consulting partners and for companies that run Salesforce.
    • Direct hire is the main model. Contract consultants are available, full time or part time.

    Common questions

Do you recruit client-facing consultants for consulting partners?

Yes. We test how candidates run a workshop and handle a stakeholder who disagrees, along with what they can configure.

Do you place remote Salesforce consultants?

Yes. We recruit US-based consultants for remote, hybrid and onsite roles.
