    Written By:  Josh Matthews

Salesforce Staffing, LLC (The Salesforce Recruiter) recruits Salesforce solution and technical architects for consulting partners and for companies running Salesforce. We work exclusive, direct-hire searches from Jupiter, Florida, and place US-based architects in remote, hybrid and onsite roles.

    Roles we recruit

    • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solution architects
    • Technical architects
    • Enterprise and principal architects, including client-facing architects at consulting partners
    • Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud architects
    • Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) and Agentforce architects
    • Integration architects for MuleSoft, ERP and data platforms
    • Industry cloud architects for Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Nonprofit Cloud

Solution architect or technical architect: which do you need?

A solution architect designs how Salesforce supports the business: processes, data, stakeholders and roadmap. A technical architect designs how it is built: code, integrations, security and performance. Many teams need one person with real depth in both, which shrinks the candidate pool. We settle which role to open before the search starts.

    Why architect titles mislead

Many senior admins and developers carry the architect title. Some led the design. Others configured a design someone else made. The difference usually surfaces a few months after the hire. We ask candidates about decisions they owned: the options they weighed, the tradeoffs, who disagreed and what broke later. Candidates who led the design can answer at that depth.

    Questions we ask candidates

    • Walk us through an org you designed from the data model up. What would you change today?
    • Tell us about a stakeholder who pushed for a design you thought was wrong. What happened?
    • Which integration decision caused the most trouble after go-live?
    • Which parts did you design yourself, and which did your team build?

    Recent searches

Health Cloud Solution Architect for a Salesforce consulting partner, 2026. Intake showed the work was about 75% project management and 25% configuration. We rebuilt the role around that split and recruited delivery-focused candidates.

Salesforce platform team for a software company, 2026. The client asked for a solution architect, a QA and release manager and a developer. Our assessment found the team needed governance and a platform leader first, so the search moved to a Director of Salesforce Platform Strategy and Delivery.

    How we work

    • Searches are exclusive. One firm works the role.
    • 70 to 80% of our exclusive searches end in a hire. The rest ended in client cancellations, delays or internal hires. None were filled by another firm.
    • Each candidate comes with a written assessment of fit and material risks.
    • Direct hire is the main model. Contract architects are available, full time or part time.
    • We recruit for Salesforce consulting partners and for companies that run Salesforce.
