- Strategy & Advisory: Provide insights on Salesforce's potential and tailor strategies for Delivery teams. Take the helm in the Platform Engineering team, emphasizing Workflows, Customer Solutions, and Property Search.
- Salesforce Expertise: Be at the forefront of Salesforce products and industry shifts. Delve into platform integrations, shaping the engineering & architecture landscape. Work side-by-side with developers in a highly technical envrionment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Wear the Solution Architect hat, weaving strong ties with tech leaders, product managers, and Salesforce engineers. Design Salesforce data strategies and nurture a collaborative ecosystem with tech and data divisions.
- Project Leadership: Oversee a spectrum of engineering deliverables in the CRE domain. Guide Salesforce partner engineers and ensure fluid communication channels with key stakeholders.
- Tech Operations: Champion Salesforce infrastructure services and smoothen the transition from Product Delivery phases.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Delivery Lead.
- Exceptional organizational and communication acumen.
- Mastery of Apex classes, flows, LWCs, etc.
- Certified Application Architect.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
- Certified Systems Architect.
- Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud consultant.
