Product Owner

Job Details :

Salesforce Product Owner/Advanced Admin

IMPORTANT:
  • Candidates must be based in either Boston (preferred) or in the New England / New Jersey area with the ability to be on-site monthly.
  • No relocation. No visa sponsorships, transfers, or candidates outside these regions will be considered.

We’re partnered with a growing company that needs a well-rounded Salesforce leader — part architect, part admin — to own and improve a Sales Cloud environment that’s become over-engineered.
If you’re the type who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings, knows how to unwind messy builds, and wants to be part of a team where transparency, empowerment, and collaboration are the norm, this is a rare opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) end-to-end.
  • Untangle and stabilize a complex org — too many flows, too much custom dev — and replace it with scalable, right-fit solutions.
  • Partner directly with Sales and Rev Ops leadership to support ambitious growth targets.
  • Learn the motions, evaluate what’s broken, and recommend a plan.
  • Handle integrations.
  • Work across departments, balancing technical execution with stakeholder management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Salesforce expertise: Deep experience in Sales Cloud. Strong admin and some moderate architecture abilities. You don’t need to be an Apex guru, but you should know how to leverage development resources effectively.
  • Problem solver: Ability to stabilize, simplify, and design the right solutions.
  • Business partner: Communicates clearly, organizes stakeholders, and holds people accountable.
  • Proven in the trenches: Experience in startups or high-growth environments where speed and precision matter.

What It’s Like to Work Here

Collaborative culture that invests in its employees professional development. A stable team. Solid benefits and a terrific leader people love working with.

The Details

  • Location: Hybrid - Boston area preferred. New England / NJ considered with monthly travel.
  • Compensation: $140K–$150K base.
  • Benefits: Flexible PTO, medical/dental coverage with reasonable premiums, and 401K match.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be trusted to take control, clean up what’s broken, and set a growing sales organization up for scale. Interested? Apply today.
