The Salesforce Administrator will help to grow service processes through software while our team drives alignment in existing software systems and processes. Your experience in data, process, and Salesforce administration will support systems operations. You will implement and administer analytically-driven workflows in our go-to-market tool-stack supporting Sales Development, Sales, Marketing, Channel and Customer Success. You will report to the Sales Operations Manager who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Conduct full administration and optimization within the technology stack, including Salesforce
  • Onboard and implement new technologies or improvements
  • Expand your assigned systems' use cases to promote operational efficiency
  • Design and maintain change request, deployment, and optimization processes
  • Build and refine processes as they revolve around your assigned technologies
  • Develop reporting and analytics, which show insights into key performance indicators
  • Ensuring the tech stack is interoperable within existing primary infrastructure

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations role
  • 2+ years of experience with software systems administration
  • Salesforce administrative experience
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire

We are seeking a driven Salesforce Administrator to join our client, a major player in the aerospace industry with near-space and orbital flights who have been seen recently in news media boasting significant growth.

This Salesforce Administrator position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight.

In this opening you will have the opportunity to help implement a new Salesforce instance as the internal advocate helping to drive new solutions and follow up those solutions with long-term support.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with all levels of the business to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Design, document, configure, test, deploy, and support scalable declarative solutions.
  •  Own projects from conception through completion and maintenance.
  • Ensure timeliness, quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Provide global support to end-users that includes identifying and resolving issues.
  • Provide quality assurance testing of business applications and reports on as needed basis.
  • Stay current on Salesforce features and functionality, prepare for Salesforce releases, and share knowledge with the team and internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong desire to learn and implement Salesforce best practices.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand business needs, elicit and document requirements, and design logical scalable solutions.
  • Understanding of commercial sales processes, demand generation, lead, opportunity, contract, sales order, and booking management.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Sales Cloud and Government Cloud Plus.
  • High-level proficiency in all core Salesforce administration, e.g., approval processes, process builder, flow, etc.
  • True team player committed to delivering quality work aligned with the CRM strategy while actively contributing to building a positive team environment.
  • Ability to operate independently, own your projects, and be accountable for your work.
  • Strong sense of diplomacy and desire to build bridges among people from different teams and cultures and excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency.
  • Ability to see the big picture, not just the technical details, and assess how a given request or proposed project fits into the overall CRM strategy.
  • Excellent project, time management, and organizational skills.
