We’re recruiting for an Advanced Salesforce Administrator who brings strong technical ability and problem-solving creativity. This is a role for someone who enjoys building advanced flows, shaping UAT processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and owning projects end to end. If you are only average at organization and communication, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Flows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Lead and refine UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with structured, repeatable adoption practices
• Manage permissions, onboarding/offboarding automation, and bug resolution (approx. 75% bug fixes, 25% permissions)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and report progress
• Partner with IT and BI leadership to brainstorm, test, and implement solutions
• Support integrations, including a new payment processing platform and other third-party apps
• Monitor Salesforce release updates and recommend features for adoption
• Bonus: Light Apex coding experience for small-scale development needs
• Contribute to early-stage Data Cloud setup and long-term strategy
