Location: Remote (U.S. based, EST or CST preferred)

Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 base + uncapped commission (Total OTE $250K–$300K+ possible)

About the Role

We’re hiring a U.S.-based Account Executive to drive new business for a fast-growing Salesforce consulting firm entering the U.S. market. Backed by an experienced delivery team and a 90-person global operation, this role is ideal for someone who knows how to hunt, consult, and close small - to mid-market Salesforce deals.
There’s no red tape here—just resources, autonomy, and a CEO who believes in rewarding results.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close
  • Generate new business through outbound efforts and follow-up on qualified leads
  • Represent Salesforce consulting services, managed services, and implementation projects
  • Work closely with a pre-sales team and offshore support (lead gen, demos, marketing)
  • Build trust with U.S.-based clients, tailoring solutions that meet business outcomes
  • Report directly to the CEO and help shape early U.S. sales strategy
  • Collaborate via Slack and video—travel is limited but supported when needed

You’ll Be Set Up to Win

  • Delivery team: Experienced Salesforce consultants & architects ready to execute
  • Lead support: Offshore SDR team, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted campaigns
  • Resources: Tech stack, outbound tools, and pre-built marketing collateral
  • Culture: Fast-moving, founder-led, and built around performance—not politics

We’re Looking for

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in Salesforce tech consulting 
  • Proven ability to sell Salesforce or similar cloud services
  • A builder’s mindset: self-starter, comfortable working independently
  • Strong written/verbal communication and consultative selling skills
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $140,000–$180,000
  • Commission: Uncapped (realistic OTE $250K–$300K+)
