Why This Role Matters:
Every email, every landing page, every targeted campaign you help deliver is a direct connection between the organization’s mission and the people who make it possible. You’ll be working with cutting-edge marketing platforms, building audience experiences that are highly personalized, data-driven, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own technical and strategic support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Outreach.io – the backbone of the organization’s digital engagement.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize systems so campaigns hit inboxes flawlessly.

  • Partner with internal teams to launch event landing pages and digital experiences that drive attendance and action.

  • Design advanced segmentation strategies to ensure messages reach the right people at the right time.

  • Run training and user sessions to help staff maximize the power of the tools you manage.

  • Keep the organization ahead of the curve with emerging marketing tech, AI-enabled outreach, and deliverability best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing; nonprofit or political advocacy experience a plus.

  • At least 2 years hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, HTML, CSS, and email design best practices.

  • Comfort translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Alignment with and comfort supporting a pro-Israel mission.

Preferred Skills:

  • AMPscript, JavaScript, or SQL.

  • Experience running mass email campaigns and automation workflows.

  • Outreach.io or similar platform experience.

  • Front-end web design familiarity.

  • Vendor management and project delivery expertise.

The Culture You’ll Join:
This is a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where marketing, IT, and communications work side-by-side. Ideas move quickly from concept to execution. You’ll be surrounded by professionals who care deeply about their mission, but also about doing great work together.

If you want your work to make a measurable national impact—and you’re ready to bring both your technical expertise and your creative problem-solving to a team that values innovation—this is your chance.
