What You’ll Do

Launch, scale, and mentor up to 4 dev teams (internal & nearshore), setting technical direction, priorities, and best practices.

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of semantic AI agents and Force.com apps—pilot projects in Azure and beyond, with an eye on Apex, LWC, and Agentforce.

Replace legacy code and grow the internal technical brain trust; refactor, standardize, and document as you go.

Architect solutions that make complex business processes smarter, faster, and more transparent—and take the team from “pilot” to “production” on next-gen AI features.

Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and industry leaders to ensure what’s being built is bleeding edge—and built for lasting value.

What Excites Us

8+ years of hands-on software dev, with mentorship or team leadership experience.

Fearless with change: You thrive breaking new ground—OpenAI APIs, new agent models (JEPA/GPT), or untangling hairy code.

Full-stack skills: Python, .NET, Apex, LWC—if you don’t know it yet, you’re hungry to learn.

Strong in computer science (ideally with a math/data background).

Experience building for scale: integrating across hundreds of Salesforce orgs, building resilient web tools, deploying on Azure.
