Salesforce Project Manager (Healthcare Focus)

We’re working with a growing Salesforce partner that needs a hands-on, execution-focused Project Manager.

This is not a “big program governance” role. This is someone who steps in, creates order, and drives multiple client projects forward at once.

This team works deeply in healthcare and life sciences, so success here requires understanding not just Salesforce, but the business problems behind it.

What This Role Is

• Running multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously in fast-moving environments

• Bringing structure, cadence, and accountability to active client work

• Acting as a true operator between clients, Solution Architects, and delivery teams

• Jumping in where needed — “I’ll join that call” is the right instinct

• Managing communication with high-value clients and keeping everything aligned

• Ensuring work is tracked and progressing across Jira and Salesforce

• Leveraging AI tools to improve delivery speed, workflows, and coordination

• Helping teams stay aligned on the why behind what’s being built, not just the tasks

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a Big 4-style program management role

• Not someone managing a single large, slow-moving enterprise program

• Not a passive coordinator waiting for updates

• Not overly process-heavy or certification-driven

If your experience is primarily large-scale programs with layers of governance and support, this environment will feel uncomfortable.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven Salesforce Project Management experience (required)

• Experience balancing multiple concurrent projects

• Background in healthcare / life sciences (provider, med tech, med device, or payer)

• Strong operator mindset — you drive work forward, not just track it

• Exceptional client communication — able to earn trust and manage relationships directly

• Ability to understand and communicate business context, not just technical tasks

• Highly organized with strong follow-through

• Comfortable stepping into ambiguity and creating structure where it doesn’t exist

• Very strong with AI tools and workflow automation (non-negotiable)

Team & Environment

• Lean, high-output team with strong technical talent

• Delivery today lacks consistent cadence and prioritization

• You’ll report directly to leadership and act as a trusted lieutenant across projects

• Collaborative environment where people step in and support each other

• Expectation is ownership, not oversight

Compensation

• $130K – $150K OTE + bonus

• ~136 billable hours/month

• Big 4 / large consultancy PMs used to heavy structure and single-program focus
• Anyone who needs direction instead of creating it
