Revenue Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Details :

We’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep Revenue Cloud experience to lead architecture and delivery for complex CPQ and billing environments.

This role works directly with business and technology leaders to design scalable Salesforce solutions across Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, and billing workflows, translating business requirements into production-ready architecture.

You will act as the technical authority on Revenue Cloud, guiding implementation teams and ensuring solutions align with best practices, scalability, and long-term platform strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate revenue operations requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture
  • Design and oversee implementations involving CPQ, product catalog, pricing strategy, subscriptions, renewals, and billing
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert across the Salesforce platform
  • Guide delivery teams on solution design, architecture governance, and best practices
  • Produce architecture documentation including solution design, technical strategy, and level-of-effort estimates
  • Drive the development of reusable architecture patterns and assets to improve implementation efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Lead Solution Architect experience on at least two end-to-end Revenue Cloud / CPQ implementations
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce CPQ, and subscription-based revenue models
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations including:
    • Subscription lifecycle management
    • Ramp deals and usage-based pricing
    • Amendments and renewals
    • Co-terming
    • Multi-entity revenue environments
  • Experience designing complex product catalog and pricing strategies, including:
    • Tiered pricing models
    • Bundled and nested product structures
    • Discounting frameworks
    • Subscription and renewal automation
  • Experience building Salesforce solutions using Lightning, Flow, and custom applications
  • Strong understanding of release management, ALM, and deployment governance
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Certifications

  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Billing
  • Architected and deployed AI-enabled CPQ / Revenue Cloud solutions (Agentforce / CPQ Agent)
