We are seeking a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant who blends strong technical capability with thoughtful client engagement.
This is not a pure PM or ticket-taker admin role. We want a builder and problem-solver — someone who can translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, especially with Flows and automation, while still showing up confidently with clients.
You will work across Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Nonprofit Cloud (NPC), and related nonprofit data models, helping mission-driven organizations get real value from Salesforce.

What You’ll Do
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Build and maintain Flows and automation using best practices
• Configure and extend NPSP and/or Nonprofit Cloud
• Support Case Management and Program Management use cases
• Lead or support client discovery and solution design conversations
• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Develop reports and dashboards for nonprofit KPIs
• Test, QA, and document solutions before delivery
• Collaborate on scope, timelines, and resource planning
• Maintain awareness of project budgets and constraints
• Participate in internal nonprofit practice knowledge sharing
• Support pre-sales conversations when needed
Experience We’re Looking For
• 2+ years at a Salesforce Partner or SI (required)
• Hands-on Salesforce experience in the nonprofit sector
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow (required)
• Experience translating requirements into configuration
• Solid working knowledge of NPSP
• Exposure to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) preferred
• Familiarity with fundraising, programs, or service delivery models
• Consulting environment experience strongly preferred
Certifications (Required)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum requirement)
