Our client, an established Salesforce Implementation partner, exclusively serving the insurance industry, is seeking a Salesforce Architect or Senior Consultant to join their elite team.
The Opportunity
As our Salesforce Architect, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation for our insurance industry clients. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead client engagements, leading discussions with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure flawless implementation
- Craft detailed user stories and project documentation
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client relationships
- Mentor team members and contribute to our collective knowledge base
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Experience Cloud, Pardot, Fin Serv and other Salesforce products
- Strong project management and business analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic problem-solving mindset
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
