Salesforce Project Manager
We are working with a growing Salesforce partner that is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join their team. This is a client-facing, coordination-heavy role that sits at the intersection of project management, communication, and process tracking.
They need someone who can keep projects moving, ensure smooth collaboration between clients and developers, and take ownership of operational workflows. If you have a background in technical project management and an interest in AI-driven efficiency, this could be a great fit.
About the Role
- Project Coordination & Tracking – You’ll be responsible for monitoring project health (green/yellow/red), tracking time entries in Salesforce, running reports, and ensuring client requests move efficiently through Jira.
- Client Interaction & Communication – You’ll act as the first point of contact for clients across Slack, email, and Jira, fielding questions, documenting requirements, and keeping everything aligned between stakeholders.
- AI & Process Enhancement – The company is investing in AI tools like MoonOx, which integrates Slack, email, and Google Drive to streamline processes. They’re looking for someone who’s curious about AI and open to leveraging it for efficiency.
- Jira & Agile (Practical Approach) – The team follows an Agile-ish workflow. While you won’t be writing user stories or doing deep scoping, you’ll ensure tasks and client requests are properly tracked and progressing.
- Quality Assurance & Testing – You’ll assist with initial QA and testing, ensuring configurations meet expectations before being delivered to clients.
- Time Management & Multi-Project Coordination – You’ll balance work across 4-6 projects at a time.
What They’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of project management or project coordination experience, in a technical environment.
- Salesforce experience is a must—familiarity with Salesforce reports, and basic configurations would be beneficial.
- Jira experience is key—they need someone who can ensure that requests and tasks are logged, tracked, and executed efficiently.
- Strong communicator who can manage client expectations and keep things moving internally.
- Someone who’s curious about AI and how it can be used to improve workflows and processes.
- A team player with a proactive and approachable personality—this team values effectiveness, collaboration, and making work enjoyable.
- Based in the United States. The team prefers EST and CST time zones.
Compensation & Growth
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Growth Potential: They want someone they can mentor and develop into a key part of the team.
- AI-Driven Role: This position has huge potential for process automation—a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving workflows.
