Core Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions, while managing and expanding a dynamic sales pipeline.
  • Guide nonprofit clients seamlessly through the sales journey, from qualification to successful closure.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to design tailored Salesforce solutions, ensuring nonprofits achieve their objectives effectively.
  • Enable delivery teams with pivotal details for a smooth onboarding of new nonprofit clients.
  • Foster growth and strategic planning within key nonprofit accounts.
  • Elevate the consultancy's reputation within the Salesforce ecosystem through various initiatives like webinars, field events, and collaborative marketing strategies.
  • Engage with Salesforce Partner Managers and marketing teams to produce impactful, revenue-generating content.
  • Analyze trends within the nonprofit sector and Salesforce product advancements to devise a robust implementation strategy.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (formerly NPSP or "Nonprofit Success Pack").
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling Salesforce nonprofit solutions or having served as a salesperson within a nonprofit entity.
  • Robust interpersonal prowess, with a proven record of cultivating and sustaining relationships.
  • Existing network of Salesforce Account Executives, especially those familiar with the nonprofit realm.
  • Industry expertise in the nonprofit domain will be a valuable asset.
