Our ideal candidate

You have the ambition to build a digital transformation practice that’s bleeding-edge, rooted in culture and technological expertise versus just ‘closing deals.’ You’ll run your own P&L, be the go-to solutions architect and build end-to-end relationships with clients from conception to implementation. You are deeply knowledgeable about Salesforce Marketing Cloud and can apply this knowledge to influence executives, employees and outcomes. You effortlessly move between being hands-on to leading a team to provide architecture knowledge, sales engineering excellence, and ensure SFMC best practices and standards. You understand the art of promoting our culture as well as advising on our solutions. 

In this role, you’ll develop and maintain strong, trusted and mutually-beneficial relationships with clients and key partners including Salesforce representatives. You’ll also work closely with offshore development, and support the practice from pre-sales to implementation. You’re hungry to take the reins when necessary and stay humble when showing others the ropes. 

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with a consultancy or digital transformation agency

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Email Studio, Social Studio, Automation Studio, Interaction Studio and Journey Builder

  • Strong foundation in HTML, XML, CSS, AMPScript, and JavaScript, and developing SQL with MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server

  • Salesforce certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Sales Cloud certification preferred.

  • Existing connections with Salesforce teams preferred 

  • Ability to network at all levels, executive presence and team leadership qualities

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Self-directed and detail-oriented
