• Tackle complex automation processes, improving efficiency across multiple teams—field service, operations, and beyond.
• Work both independently and alongside internal teams to solve tough challenges, streamline workflows, and enhance system performance.
• Manage troubleshooting and resolve any Salesforce-related issues, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations.
• Help plan and prioritize the next steps for Salesforce enhancements, driving the future of the company’s digital operations.
• Start with hands-on, on-site work, with the flexibility to shift to hybrid after the first month.

What You Bring:

• You’re a Salesforce development pro, with a proven track record of customizations and solving complex automation problems.
• You thrive when given the independence to manage projects, solve problems, and make things happen.
• You have a strong understanding of how Salesforce supports field operations, and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the details.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Tableau is a bonus, but not essential.
• You’re great at working both independently and with cross-functional teams to meet the big goals.
