Seeking a Salesforce Delivery Manager (physically located in/near Portland, OR) to join a fast-growing, full-service Salesforce Consulting Partner that is focused on helping sales, marketing, and customer success teams crush their goals. Specialties include strategy, training, configuration, integration, and custom development on Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud.

 

The Salesforce Delivery Manager will work with an existing client base to ensure success with ongoing engagements and expand the relationship into new projects or continuous support contracts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and run success meetings with clients on a regular basis to be sure that timelines, hours, budgets, and deliverables are all in good standing
  • Target up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to further develop and optimize the Salesforce platform for clients. This can include optimizing Lighting UI, enhancing reporting, expanding automation, data clean-ups, integrations, or adding new products like CPQ, Experience Cloud, Pardot, etc.
  • Provide an extra layer of checks and balances between the consultant and client
  • Resolve concerns regarding any issues during the client engagement such as acting as a mediator to resolve issues quickly and accurately
  • Conduct check-ins and book meetings with consultants to understand their capacity for new project work and report to the managing partner with updates

 

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience working with Salesforce as a user, administrator, or consultant
  • Experience in a client-facing role, experience in client success at a small consulting firm would be a bonus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of a Salesforce Delivery Manager's purpose in generating new revenue streams with an established client base
  • Some Project Management experience
  • Salesforce certified (nice to have but not required)
  • Must be located or willing to relocate to Portland, Oregon.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay (full-time salaried position at $70,000 to $160,000 depending on experience)
