Strategy & Advisory: Provide insights on Salesforce's potential and tailor strategies for Delivery teams. Take the helm in the Platform Engineering team, emphasizing Workflows, Customer Solutions, and Property Search.
Salesforce Expertise: Be at the forefront of Salesforce products and industry shifts. Delve into platform integrations, shaping the engineering & architecture landscape.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Wear the Solution Architect hat, weaving strong ties with tech leaders, product managers, and Salesforce engineers. Design Salesforce data strategies and nurture a collaborative ecosystem with tech and data divisions.
Project Leadership: Oversee a spectrum of engineering deliverables in the CRE domain. Guide Salesforce partner engineers and ensure fluid communication channels with key stakeholders.
Tech Operations: Champion Salesforce infrastructure services and smoothen the transition from Product Delivery phases.

You Should Have:

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Delivery Lead.
Exceptional organizational and communication acumen.
Mastery of Apex classes, flows, LWCs, etc.

Educational Preferences:

Certified Application Architect.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Bonus Points For:

Certified Systems Architect.
Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud consultant.
