Our client, a leading Salesforce Summit partner, is seeking a Salesforce Consultant with a strong project management focus to lead and drive client implementations.
This role blends client-facing consulting with oversight of timelines, budgets, resources, and project team performance. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in an informal leadership role while still rolling up their sleeves to guide and support technical teams.

What You’ll Do:

Configure Salesforce features (objects, fields, flows, workflows) following platform best practices

Advise clients on architecture, security models, data relationships, and system scalability

Lead and support data migration efforts, including mapping, cleansing, and validation
-
Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features or improvements
-
Ensure configuration and customizations align with both business goals and Salesforce standards
Project Management and Delivery:

Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery
-
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and internal team coordination
-
Lead internal and external meetings, including status updates, escalations, and retrospectives
-
Identify and proactively manage at-risk projects, resolving issues and maintaining client confidence
-
Drive adherence to delivery methodology and support continuous process improvement
-
Support project teams to overcome roadblocks and stay on track
Client Engagement and Communication:

Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs
-
Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly documentation and presentations
-
Deliver impactful communications to clients and internal leadership, focused on outcomes and value
-
Build lasting relationships through transparency, proactive communication, and consultative support
-
Support change management efforts, including training, adoption planning, and post-launch success
What You Bring:

Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce consulting and project management experience (other relevant experience considered)

Proven track record managing complex Salesforce projects end-to-end
-
Experience interacting with senior leadership and clients, overcoming roadblocks, and ensuring project success
-
Salesforce Administrator certification (required)

Bonus points for additional Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant)
