We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize a year-old Salesforce platform. Play a vital role as the org moves from using Salesforce Partners to managing processes internally. You'll work across departments, manage projects, and focus on Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud platforms. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the everyday Salesforce expert, providing exceptional user support and driving business transformation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external teams to design, implement, and own significant portions of the Salesforce system.
• Translate business needs into actionable Salesforce configurations, optimizing existing platform capabilities.
• Produce effective documentation and training materials to assist both new and existing users get the most out of Salesforce.
• Facilitate seamless communication between team members, end users, and organizational leaders to elicit necessary requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, with some experience in Service Cloud.
• Stellar communication skills, capable of breaking down technical Salesforce aspects into layman's terms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for optimizing operational procedures.
• Experience in Field Service a plus.
