Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, managing user roles, security settings, and system configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement solutions using automation tools like Flow to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead integrations and system enhancements with tools such as Docusign, RingCentral, GoCanvas, and Sage Intacct.
- Act as the go-to Salesforce expert, serving as the first point of contact for requests and troubleshooting.
- Support AI-driven initiatives, contributing to forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with business teams to enhance adoption and ensure Salesforce solutions align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Three to seven years of Salesforce administration experience with the ability to work independently.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools like Flow and third-party integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- A keen interest in AI, automation, and Salesforce innovation.
