Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Salesforce NPSP/Non-Profit Cloud implementations
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team

• Perform advanced configurations and billable work

Must-Haves

• Extensive Salesforce administration experience, with a focus on Non-Profit Cloud
• Advanced Flow skills that make even the most complex processes look easy
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (additional certifications are a plus!)
• A knack for quickly mastering new AppExchange products
• Outstanding client communication skills
• Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring
