The Practice Lead is responsible for ensuring successful SI engagements with clients in delivering software development and consulting services. This is a leadership role that contributes to the execution of our strategic goals and initiatives, and ensures service delivery excellence on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities & Duties
Project Delivery Excellence

  • Responsible for customer engagement and client satisfaction
  • Ensure successful project execution from initiation to closure
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables to customer requirements
  • Oversee the planning of project portfolio
  • Direct responsibility over PMO and the project management team
  • Manage scope, finance, risk, quality, and resources across multiple projects

Business Development Partnership

  • Collaborate on definition of service offerings and SLAs
  • Support business development teams during the pre-sales process
  • Collaborate on project estimation and quoting to ensure successful delivery
  • Contribute to thought leadership in Salesforce SI/ISV/PDO practices and promote our brand on Salesforce community channels

  • 6+ years of proven success in managing software development projects
  • Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience and proven success in working with remote teams globally
  • Experience and proven success in resolving project risks and achieving “red project” turnarounds
  • Experience in building strong customer relationships
  • Experience working with and advising senior executives
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Experience with managing complex Salesforce implementations
