Account Executive

Position Overview: Join a rapidly growing Salesforce Partner, with over 35% annual growth, as a Salesforce Partner Account Executive. This senior-level role is pivotal to maintaining this client's exceptional trajectory. You will balance building new client relationships while nurturing our established base, driving new logo revenue, and fostering deeper partnerships with Salesforce teams.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Direct collaboration with teams at Salesforce, serving as their primary liaison.
  • Proactively provide sales estimates, leveraging Salesforce for data management.
  • Drive new logo revenue and build/manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process from qualification to closure.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to craft solution approaches, estimates, and pricing templates to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Prepare delivery teams with crucial information for onboarding new clients.
  • Manage and cultivate growth within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with lead consultants to devise and monitor strategic plans for pivotal accounts.
  • Elevate our client's relationship with Salesforce through field events, webinars, and other marketing endeavors.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Partner Manager and provide strategic input to our client's marketing team for revenue-boosting content.
  • Work alongside the VP of Professional Services to:
  • Understand current backlog and resource allocation.
  • Identify delivery resource needs, either by up-skilling current resources or hiring new talent.
  • Strategize business development team planning, including a roadmap for future hiring.
  • Analyze industry verticals and Salesforce product strategy to create and execute an effective implementation plan.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with a focus on Core and commercial, including Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
  • Vertical industry expertise is appreciated but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling Salesforce products within a Salesforce Systems Integrator (SI) partner environment.
  • An established and robust network of Salesforce Account Executives
Support and Resources: You will be backed by a dedicated team, including 2 senior SAs in our core segment. Our client's robust marketing efforts encompass Salesforce partner management with tools like customer stories and AE newsletters. Further enablement sessions are on the horizon to ensure you have all the resources needed for success.
